VIP upgrade does not include a ticket; a general admission ticket must be bought in addition. You will recieve a confirmation email - it will tell you ou need to download a file but you don't have to; there is no actual ticket for a VIP bundle, we have your name on a list. Full VIP info will be emailed to you closer to the show :) Upgrades are one per person.
